Using the log to keep track of your workouts

When you start kipinä for the first time, you create a log. The log is one of the most important things in kipinä. It is like some diary you could have on paper. It stores the workouts when you add them.

As you have started kipinä for the first time, the log is empty. So, you probably want to add some workouts to the log. After you have added the workouts, you want to save your log to the hard disk. That means you simply hit the save button.

When you start kipinä next time, you can open the log that you saved last time. That way you can keep track of your workouts for years with kipinä.
